This policy explains what Skyline Terrace Apartments (“we”) collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you enter in the form:
- your name, and your phone number and/or email address
- your city and country code, if you give them
- the residence you are interested in, a preferred visit date and your message, if you give them
With it we record the page you sent it from and how you found us (for example an advert or a search engine), plus a scrambled, one-way fingerprint of your internet address. We use that fingerprint only to stop spam; it cannot be turned back into your address.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry: to arrange a visit, send the plans and prices you asked for, or answer your question. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Advertising measurement
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. This website may use the Meta Pixel to measure how many visitors come from those adverts and how many go on to make an enquiry. Meta may set cookies to do this. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and block cookies in your browser.
Maps and bot checks
The map on this site loads from Google Maps only when you choose to open it. If our enquiry form shows a Cloudflare Turnstile check, it is there to tell people and bots apart.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your interest in Skyline Terrace, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Security
Enquiries travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a secured database that only our team can access.
